Ramgarhia Sabha Sikh Temple Wolverhampton
Guru Nanak Dev Ji
See the work we’ve been doing and how we’re helping the local community
It's main purpose is to support and provide spiritual guidance to the second largest Sikh community in the UK.
It is run by volunteers and as with other Gurdwaras it is solely reliant on the generosity of the local Sikh Community.
Our vision is to make a positive impact upon the local community in the Whitmore Reans and the wider Wolverhampton area.
We believe that in order to maintain our strong values and rich heritage, it is important to impart the knowledge of our culture, language and history to the members of our community especially the young.
The Gurdwara provides a range of services including a community kitchen, educational classes, music lessons, advice and support services. The Gurdwara provides full facilities for disabled members of the congregation including ramps and a lift.
Individuals from all faiths and backgrounds are welcome at our Gurdwara.
We are proud to be the world's fifth largest religion. Sikh's believe there is only one God. He is without form or gender, everyone has direct access to God, everyone is equal before God. A good life is lived as part of a community, by living honestly and caring for others. Empty religious rituals and superstitions have no value.
